#1- K2 – 8,611 meters
K2 which is also known as Godwin Austin is considered as one of the highest mountain ranges in Pakistan and the second highest in the world. Many of the skilled as well as expert climbers heading towards Mount Everest.
It is far more difficult and full of obstacles to climb K2 from the Chinese side. So, usually, everybody climbs it from the Pakistani side. But the most interesting fact is that nobody has climbed it in winter.
Its altitude is 8,611 m which is almost 28,251 feet, it is situated over the border between Baltistan and Taxkorgan Tajik in China.

#2- Nanga Parbat – 8,126 meters
Nanga Parbat is one of the most popular and ninth-highest mountain peaks in the entire world and the second-highest in Pakistan.
It is also known as “Killer Mountain” as it carries the record of most deaths in the 20th century. It is extremely difficult to climb because of the difficult terrain.
The Himalayas’ westernmost summit is indeed an impeccable structure. It is situated in the south of the Indus River. Many people have made unsuccessful attempts of reaching to its peaks, few died and only very few of them succeeded.
#3- Gasherbrum I – 8080 meters
Gasherbrum (K5) is considered the third highest peak in Pakistan with an altitude of 8068m which is almost 26,470 feet. while it is number 11th all over the world.
It is also referred to as “Hidden Peak”. Its altitude is almost 8068m and it’s part of the Karakoram, Himalayas. Gasherbrum means “beautiful mountain”.
It was designated at the 5th peak of Karakoram after the Great Trigonometric Survey of India in 1856. Its name Hidden Peak was given to him by William Martin Conway in 1892.

#4- Broad Peak – 8051 meters
Broad Peak is considered the fourth-highest mountain range in Pakistan and an incredibly beautiful piece of nature on Earth. Its altitude is approx. 8048 m high it is 8 km from K2, which is also a part of Gasherbrum Massif.
It is also known as Peak vast summit and in Baltistan, it is known as Falchen Kang.
